What you’ll experience:

  • Weekly 75-minute Zoom sessions shaped by guided practice, and reflective dialogue. Each gathering creates space to explore strategy, spiritual formation, and wise leadership in a world increasingly shaped by technology.

  • Downloadable Briefs and practical tools that help you integrate what you’re learning into your daily rhythms. Each resource is chosen with care, designed to strengthen discernment without compromising your soul or your calling.

  • A small circle of ministry leaders who are wrestling with similar questions and pressures. The limited size fosters trust and honest conversation.

  • A low-distraction online environment for session materials, reflections, and ongoing connection. This space helps the cohort stay grounded between meetings and supports a steady rhythm of engagement.

  • You won’t receive a formula or a one-size-fits-all playbook. Instead, you’ll gain language and frameworks for discernment, tools you can carry into your particular ministry context with clarity and confidence.
